TalkToReel ("we", talktoreel.com) is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY]. By using the service you agree to these terms.

The service You upload a video and we produce an edited version using automated software, including AI models. Results are generated automatically and may contain mistakes.

Your content You keep all rights to the videos you upload and the edits we produce. You confirm you have the right to upload the content, including the voices and faces in it. Do not upload illegal content or content that infringes others' rights. We may remove content that violates these terms.

Third-party material Backdrop photos come from public-domain and CC0 sources. Music is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 and requires the credit line we provide when you publish.

Plans and payment Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, which handles billing, taxes and invoices. Unused monthly videos do not roll over.

Availability We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. If an edit fails, the video credit is returned automatically.

Liability To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

Changes We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes by email.
