Refund Policy

Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

• Failed edits: if an edit fails, the video credit is returned to your account automatically.
• Subscriptions: you can cancel anytime from "Manage billing"; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds: you can request a full refund within 14 days of a payment if you have not used any of that period's videos. Contact hello@talktoreel.com or Paddle support.
